In the reservation, please give us as much information about the group as possible. The more we know in advance, the better our Museum Guide can adapt the tour to fit your group specifically!

Reservations made through the online booking form are effective when the museum confirms the booking. You will receive the confirmation via email, unless otherwise agreed. We aim to confirm your booking as soon as possible.

We recommend that groups arrive at least 5 minutes in advance to pre-booked tours. If the group notifies the museum of a delay, the Museum Guide will wait for the group no more than 15 minutes. The reservation is effective only during the booked time. If the group is more than 15 minutes late, the reservation will be cancelled.

Children and School Groups

The Museum Guide is in charge of leading the guided tours and art workshops. Teachers/parents are responsible for the group during the whole of the visit and ensure there is peace for the group to work.
