With the Frosterus Box, you can explore the three artworks in the collection and continue them in your own style. Included in this box are no-fail instructions to help guide you, and a linked video tour of the collection to provide inspiration. You might be surprised by the visual worlds you create!

Complete the works with different drawing styles that feel natural to you. The no-fail instructions in the booklet will help ease any concerns about drawing incorrectly. Feel free to experiment with different styles and supplies to invent something completely new.

Sigurd Frosterus Collection

The Sigurd Frosterus collection of early modern art is on display in the Frosterus Hall at Amos Rex.

Featuring some of the Sigurd Frosterus Foundation Collection’s most important works from the early twentieth century, the presentation brings out the vibrancy and colour intensity of the paintings.

Two painters who stand out in particular are Magnus Enckell and Alfred William Finch, both represented by more than ten works. Other featured artists include Sigrid Schauman, Paul Signac, Henry Edmond Cross, Théo van Rysselberghe, and Louis Valtat.
