Payment methods

The participants’ admission tickets are not included in the guided tour price; tickets (à €15) are added to your order upon group’s arrival to Amos Rex. See also other discounted ticket prices.

• Payment upon arrival at the museum with cash, bank or credit card.

• Payment with invoice. Please note that only companies and organizations with a company id-number can pay with an invoice. In addition to your own contact information, also fill in the company’s invoicing information.

Please confirm your preferred payment method when submitting the reservation: payment upon arrival or via invoice (invoice only with VAT identification number).

Order confirmation

We will send you a separate order confirmation after we have processed your inquiry. You will hear from us in a couple of weekdays.

Cancellation

Guided tour cancellation

The deadline for free cancellation is 7 days before the start of the guided tour. For cancellations made later, Amos Rex will charge the customer a cancellation fee of €50. For school groups the cancellation fee is €30. Cancellation notice must be made in writing to booking@amosrex.fi.

Arriving late

The group should report any delay on the day of the reservation to the number +35840 682 1744. If the group is more than 15 minutes late, the reservation will be cancelled. If the group has booked a guided tour and they are more than 15 minutes late, they also pay a cancellation fee of €50. For school groups the cancellation fee is €30.
