Collaboration with schools

During the Generation 2026 exhibition, Amos Rex collaborates with the City of Helsinki Education Division and offers participatory guided tours of the exhibition for 7th and 8th grade students. Nearly 60 groups will have the opportunity to experience the exhibition in peace before the museum opens, together with the museum’s art educators.

Culture Kids

Amos Rex has been part of the City of Helsinki’s Culture Kids project since 2025. As a Culture Kids sponsor, Amos Rex creates tailored experiences for the youngest Helsinki residents and accompanies them on their first encounters with art and museums. Within the project, we are developing our ways of welcoming children to the museum, and supporting the cultural wellbeing of Helsinki families.

The Culture Kids programme is administered by the City of Helsinki’s Culture and Leisure Division and supported by the Jane and Aatos Erkko Foundation.
