Discussion Guides

Lavender-jacketed discussion guides work in Amos Rex’s exhibition spaces, and they are there just for you! The discussion guides are happy to answer questions and have a chat — about anything really.

You don’t have to understand art, and you don’t have to like everything. All experiences are allowed!

Culture Kids programme

Amos Rex has been part of the City of Helsinki’s Culture Kids project since 2025. As a Culture Kids sponsor, Amos Rex creates tailored experiences for the youngest Helsinki residents and accompanies them on their first encounters with art and museums. Within the framework of the project, we are developing our ways of welcoming children to the museum, while also supporting the cultural well-being of Helsinki families.

The Culture Kids programme is administered by the City of Helsinki’s Culture and Leisure Division and supported by the Jane and Aatos Erkko Foundation.

Collaboration with the City of Vantaa’s Early Childhood Education

Amos Rex is collaborating with the City of Vantaa Early Childhood Education Department during the Leandro Erlich exhibition. Dozens of groups of 5–6-year-olds will visit us, accompanied by early-childhood educators and Amos Rex guides, and get the chance to visit the exhibition outside of museum opening hours.
