Amos Rex Terms and Conditions of Purchase
General Terms
The seller of the online store is Amos Rex. Amos Rex sells tickets and services in the ticket web store to private individuals as well as business customers.
The technical service provider is Liveto Group Oy (business ID 2647803-7).

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT).
Purchasing tickets requires acceptance of these terms and conditions. Amos Rex reserves the right to amend the terms of use and delivery. Customers must review the valid terms before completing a purchase.

The following terms apply to tickets purchased from the Amos Rex online ticket shop.
Purchasing an Online Ticket
Exhibition Ticket
Exhibition admission tickets are purchased via the museum’s website at www.amosrex.fi.
Tickets can be purchased for a selected date and time, subject to the museum’s opening hours and ticket availability.
Tickets cannot be reserved in advance via customer service or at the museum’s ticket desk.
Event Ticket
Tickets for events must be purchased in advance from the museum’s website at www.amosrex.fi.

Payment for Online Tickets

Paytrail: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Masterpass and MasterCard, Walley business invoice.
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient on the statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.

You can also purchase a ticket using Smartum and ePassi online cultural payment. Tickets bought using cultural benefits are personal and non-transferable.
Delivery and Validity of Online Tickets
Customers will receive an order confirmation and the purchased tickets via email.
An exhibition ticket is valid on the date and time indicated on the ticket. Tickets for the last opening hour must be redeemed at least 30 minutes before closing. You can check Amos Rex’s opening hours and exceptional opening hours here.
An event ticket is valid on the specified date and time indicated on the ticket.
Use of Online Tickets
Upon arrival, the customer must present the ticket’s QR code to staff. Amos Rex staff will scan the QR code.
For museum card tickets, the ticket holder must also have a valid museum card with them.
For discounted tickets, the ticket holder must be prepared to show valid proof of eligibility for the discount category.
Customers may transfer their ticket to another person (except for tickets paid with personal Smartum or ePassi cultural benefits). Discounted tickets require the holder to show valid proof of eligibility.
Exchange and Cancellation of Online Tickets
Exhibition tickets
Before making a purchase, the customer must carefully review the information and terms related to the ticket. Purchased tickets are non-exchangeable.
A ticket order may be cancelled by notifying us by email at booking@amosrex.fi no later than 24 hours before the arrival time indicated on the ticket. In this case, the entire order (all tickets included in the order) will be cancelled.
Refunds are primarily issued using the same payment method that the customer used at the time of purchase.
Event tickets
Event tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If Amos Rex cancels or reschedules an event, notification will be sent by email to customers who provided an email address at the time of purchase. If the event is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded primarily using the original payment method. If the event is rescheduled and the customer cannot attend the new date, the refund will follow the same principle.
